Terms of Service

These terms cover use of Home Is Everything Ops, the internal CRM for Kathryn Cole's real estate business, Home Is Everything (Keller Williams Local, 1619 E Independence St, Springfield, MO). By opening or using Ops, you agree to these terms.

Private tool for Kathryn Cole and people she specifically authorizes. Not offered to the public as a software product.

Ops stores client and transaction records, notes, tasks, appointments, and contacts so the practice can follow up and keep files moving. It can connect to her Google account, including Google Contacts, as described in the privacy policy. The tool does not send email or text messages on its own.

Use Ops only for this real estate business. Do not bypass sign-in, probe or scrape data you aren't allowed to see, interfere with the service, or use it unlawfully. Do not upload information you don't have a right to keep in a client file.

Clients are not users of this software. Their contact details are handled under the privacy policy and professional duties applying to a Missouri real estate practice. Kathryn is responsible for what she records and the advice she gives. Ops is a filing and follow-up tool, not a lawyer, lender, or tax advisor.

If you connect a Google account, your use of Google APIs is subject to Google's terms and the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use. You can disconnect as described in the privacy policy.

Provided for day-to-day business use; may be unavailable during maintenance, a hosting outage, or a failed Google sign-in. Keep your own copies of anything you can't afford to lose. Nightly backups are a convenience, not a guarantee.

Provided as is and as available for internal business use. Kathryn Cole, Home Is Everything, and Keller Williams Local disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the extent the law allows.

To the extent Missouri law allows, Kathryn Cole and Home Is Everything are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages from use of Ops. Any allowed liability is limited to the amount paid to use the software in the prior three months; Ops has no separate subscription fee.

Kathryn may update these terms by posting a new version; continued use after the date means acceptance. Last updated October 14, 2026.

Governed by Missouri law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Greene County, Missouri, are the venue for disputes, unless a law requires another forum.
